Rules:

Booking Rules

Seats are normally reserved by a payment of Rs 3500. per head as an advance in case of Sleeper Class Journey and Rs 4500 per head as an advance in case of AC 2 tier and 3 Tier journey and the full amount of plane fare for airplane journey. The balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to the journey date.

Tour Price Includes

Train Fare: Sleeper Class

Bus: Delux Coach 3x2

Accommodation: The family wish room will be provided at the hotel for a night stay on the basis of 3 persons in a double-bedded room. In the case of twin sharing accommodation, extra cost will be charged per head. 

Fooding: Up Train Food will be provided and after arrival, we will serve our own catering food.

  • Guide Charges

  • Personal Nature of expenses

  • pony, dandy, sightseeing charges.

  • Boating Charges

  • Porter Charges

  • Down Train no Fooding

Tour Pricing Excludes

  • Tour program may be altered or varied in course of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances viz, natural calamity, breakdown of the bus, local bandh, or any other such unavoidable circumstances.

  • In case the tour extends due to unavoidable circumstances, extra cost will be levied on the participants.

  • Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings by accident or theft or robbery.

  • If there is a sudden change in fare then the balance amount needs to be born by the participants.

Cancellation of Booking

  • If management cancels the tour before the commencement of the journey then the advance would be returned.

  • If cancellation made after enduring the booking Rs 2000/- per head will be deducted.

  • Before 90 days 25% of the total charge will be deducted.

  • Before 45 days 30% of the total charge will be deducted.

  • Before 30 days 35% of the total charge will be deducted.

  • Before 15 days 40% of the total charge will be deducted.

  • Before 03 days 50% of the total charge will be deducted.

  • Any cancellation made on or after the journey date, no refund will be provided.
